My name is Nikolina Vladislavić and I live on the island of Brač. I studied gastronomy in Split and Istanbul, and I work professionally in kitchens where I keep refining my craft through continuous learning and real service experience.

My passion is culinary art in all its forms—cooking, wine, and pastry. I’m deeply inspired by the traditional cuisine and rich gastronomic history of Dalmatia and Brač, and I love turning those roots into dishes that feel both authentic and contemporary.

She brought birthday decor and flowers to add a sweet touch that made everything just that much more special. The food was amazing. We asked for local dishes and she delivered - from the wine to the food to the small touches like locally made marmalade. She also took the time to explain the dishes to us. We contacted several different chefs to inquire about making a special meal for 11 of us, however from Nikolina's very first message we knew she was the one.
